Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, as a grant recipient under the Community Services Block Grant to provide community based services and anti-poverty programs to low-income families, in an amount not to exceed $467,577. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
