Authorize to enter into a memorandum of Operation and Maintenance Agreement with the Department of Transportation, Department of Resources and Economic Development, the Adjutant General, and NH Public Broadcasting Inc., for the purpose of establishing and defining the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the aforementioned parties to operate and maintain the shared microwave system known as the NHSafeNet. Effective upon G&C approval through a period of two years, with renewal for seven additional four year periods contingent upon funding availability and legislative appropriation.
