Authorize Christina M. Demers to enter into an educational tuition agreement with Southern NH University, Manchester, NH, to participate in the course entitled Responsible Corporate Leadership during the period of September 17, 2012 through December 9, 2012, and to pay said costs in the amount of $1,881.
