Authorize to accept and expend additional federal funds in the amount of $2,124,500 in the Army Sustainable Range Program from the federal government (National Guard Bureau) as part of the five year FederalState Master Cooperative agreement to cover the cost of two new metal buildings at NHARNG Training Site in Center Strafford, NH, and to adjust the budget. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
