Authorize to accept and expend $103,480 for the purpose of hiring a full-time unclassified attorney to provide services in assisting with the compliance of state and federal health benefits statutes and regulations. (2)Further authorize to establish a full-time, unclassified attorney for the purpose of providing services to the Department of Administrative Services in assisting with the compliance with state and federal health benefits statutes and regulations. (3)Further authorize to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Administrative Services in the amount of $103,480 for the purpose of hiring a full-time attorney to provide services as outlined in the memorandum of understanding. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Agency Income (DAS).
