Description
Authorize to hire a contract attorney to serve as a hearings officer for the Department of Banking. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend $45,000 for the purpose of hiring a contract attorney to serve as a hearings officer for the Department of Banking. (3)Further authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Stephen J. Judge, Manchester, NH, to serve as a hearings officer for the Banking Department in the amount of $45,000.
