Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section, Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program, to enter into an agreement with the NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities Inc., Concord, NH, to provide education, resources and support to parents of infants and young children who have a suspected or confirmed hearing loss, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds. #40 Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Systems, Policy & Performance, Community Health Development Section, to enter into a sole source agreement with the Manchester Health Department, Manchester, NH, to improve municipal and regional public health emergency preparedness, in an amount not to exceed $436,000. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. 86.86% Federal, 13.14% General Funds.
