Authorize the Supplemental Resolution and the issuance of up to $130 million of turnpike new money revenue bonds, 2012 series C. Under RSA 237-A:2 The State Treasurer is authorized to sell the bonds to a syndicate of underwriters to be selected by the State Treasurer, to execute and deliver to the underwriters a Purchase Contract and a final Official Statement in such form as deemed appropriate, and to execute and deliver all other documents and instruments necessary or convenient to carry out this transaction, as set forth in the Supplemental Resolution.
