Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an existing sole source memorandum of agreement with the NH Public Utilities Commission, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 4-14-10, item #7), by increasing the amount by $100,000 from $500,000 to $600,000 for a residential central pellet heating system rebate program established with funds from the ARRA – State Energy Programs grant, and by extending the date from April 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012. 100% Federal ARRA Funds.
