Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Belmont, NH on the basis of a low bid of $6,393,237.13 for pavement resurfacing on a section of I-93 southbound in Manchester and Hooksett in District 5 at exits 6,7,8,9, and 10. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $319,661.86 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
