Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Company Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $45,517,578.70, for the construction of a new Exit 4A interchange and ramps and easterly connector, on I-93 in Londonderry. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $2,275,878.94 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
