Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Northeast Traffic Control Services, Plymouth, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $1,206,925 for Emergency Vehicle Load Posting Sign installation at various bridges statewide. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,346.25, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 12, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
