Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC Andover, NH on the basis of a low bid of $1,403,758.50 for replacement of deficient cable and w-beam guardrail in Charlestown, Claremont, Cornish, Plainfield and Lebanon in Districts 2 and 4. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $140,375.85 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
