Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive Intergovernmental Agreements with the counties as detailed in the letter dated November 18, 2024, to provide public funds totaling $126,849,659 for Nursing Home Per Diem and Choices For Independence Waiver Payments, also known as the County Cap, pursuant to RSA 166:1-a, Reimbursement of Funds by the County and RSA 167:18-a, County Reimbursement Funds. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the expectation the parties will renew annually. 100% Other Funds (Revenue)
