Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Sargent Corporation, Orono, ME, on the basis of a low bid of $2,479,850 for replacement of the bridge carrying Georges Mills Road over Star Lake Outlet in Springfield, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $247,985 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 14, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
