Description

Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Company, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $30,976,722.63, for construction of a new connecting roadway on I-93 for Exit 4A. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,548,836.13 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 8, 2028. 100% Federal Funds
