Description
Authorize the Executive Office to enter into an agreement with the Town of Plymouth Village Water and Sewer District for the Village District to reconstruct a portion of state owned and maintained US Route 3 from Highland Street north to Tobey Road, approximately 0.5 miles. The Department will contribute up to $126,436.10 of Betterment funds for pavement improvements to this section of road. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2025. 100% Betterment Funds
