Description
Authorize a contract renewal option with Broadreach Public Relations LLC, Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 4/12/23, Item #61), for Marketing Awareness for The Division of Community Based Military Programs by increasing the price limitation by $174,350 from $191,850 to $366,200 and extending the completion date from April 30, 2024 to April 30, 2025. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $17,500 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $383,700. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
