Authorize to enter into a contract with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., Manchester, NH, in the amount of $2,394,912 for armed security services at Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH, with the option to renew for an additional two one-year periods. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $47,898.24 for the purpose of requesting additional security over and above the regular manning outlined within the Scope of Services, to cover events including but not limited to: pre and post mobilization events; pre and post deployment ceremonies; special events; statewide pandemic drills; drill weekend traffic control; and State Active Duty missions, bringing the contract total to $2,442,810.24. Effective May 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through April 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
