Description
Authorize to enter into retroactive amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated November 17, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 2/8/23, Item #39, archived document ), for the provision of home visiting services, to modify the contract price limitation, pursuant to New Hampshire Chapter Law 140:12 (2025), by decreasing the total price limitation by $2,000,000 from $32,232,948 to $30,232,948 with no change to the contract completion dates of September 30, 2028. Effective retroactive to December 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds
