Description
Authorize on behalf of the Governor's Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (GONORTH), to accept and expend up to $265,450,497 of Rural Health Transformation Grant funds, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to make rural healthcare more connected, resilient, and responsive. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds as detailed in the letter dated December 9, 2025. Effective January 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 19, 2025.
