Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Sargent Corporation, Orono, ME, on the basis of a low bid of $732,429.50 for culvert and retaining wall project located on Meredith Neck Road in Meredith, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $73,242.95 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 15, 2024. 100% Other Funds
