Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/10/15, Item #11), to add funding necessary to support a statewide program to improve responses and support to victims of domestic violence and their children, by increasing the price limitation by $2,464,088 from $11,513,325 to $13,977,413 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 75.65% Federal Funds, 24.35% General Funds
