Description
Authorize to accept and expend the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families' John H. Chafee Foster Care Program for Successful Transition to Adulthood under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act Grant award, in the amount of $35,000, for the purpose of providing support to the expanding array of services. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds as detailed in the letter dated October 27, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
