Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #38A), to continue supporting the statewide implementation of the Critical Time Intervention model in the ten Community Mental Health Centers, by exercising a contract renewal option by extending the completion date from September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2025 and increasing the price limitation by $372,664 from $152,268 to $524,932. Effective September 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 64.81% Federal Funds, 35.19% General Funds
