Authorize the NH State Library to enter into a retroactive amendment with Auto Graphics, Inc., Rancho Cucamonga, CA (originally approved by G&C on 6/27/19, Item #47), for an Automated Interlibrary Loan System by increasing the price limitation by $930,564 from $1,267,162 to $2,197,726 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
