TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Warmington, seconded by Councilor Gatsas, voted to table the request to authorize to enter into a contract with Bates White, LLC, Washington, DC, in an amount not to exceed $153,750, for consulting services related to utility analysis, data collection, extraction, cleaning, and modeling to provide analysis to the PUC on an as needed basis.
