Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way petition for a hearing on the Conway LPA Project, the proposed reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalks along NH16, upgrade of the NH16/NH153 traffic signal, and realignment of NH16/NH113 intersection. (2) Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons should be appointed by the Governor and Council to hold a hearing, and shall determine where there is an occasion for the proposed reconstruction, with a suggested budget of $1,097.40.
