Description
Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a revised Memorandum of Operation and Maintenance Agreement with the Department of Transportation, the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, and the New Hampshire Public Broadcasting (originally approved by G&C on 3/16/11, Item #56) for the purpose of establishing and defining the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the aforementioned parties to operate and maintain the shared microwave system known as the ‘NHSafeNet.’ Effective upon G&C approval for a two-year period with automatic renewal for seven additional four-year periods.
