Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract amendment with Concord Coach Line, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/3/21, Informational Item #D), to extend the contract end date from June 30, 2023 to December 31, 2023, to continue providing FTA funding for commuter bus services on the I-93 corridor. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2023, whichever is later. Time extension only, no additional funding requested.
