Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Biotage, LLC, Charlotte, NC (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/17, Item #51B), to continue providing service and repair of the Extrahera automated laboratory system equipment, by increasing the price limitation by $61,623 from $76,194 to $137,817 and extending the completion date from August 8, 2023 to June 30, 2026.
