Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with NAMI New Hampshire, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #18), for family mutual support and suicide prevention services, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,534,664 from $1,337,739 to $2,872,403 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
