Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., Auburn, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/6/19, Item #16), for preliminary design of improvements to US Route 1 in the city of Portsmouth, by extending the completion date from March 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no additional funding.
