Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to amend a grant with the Pease Development Authority, AIP-70 (originally approved by G&C on 8/18/21, Item #45), to reconstruct a service road on the west side of the airfield, from the North Apron to Gate 1 (Grafton Drive) at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, Portsmouth, NH, in the amount of $11,246.10. Effective upon G&C approval through June 17, 2025. 95% Federal Funds, 5% General Funds
