Authorize the Office of the Executive Director to enter into a sole source contract with VeriDoc, Inc., Bismarck, ND, for the provision of an electronic system to manage license verifications for licensees regulated by the OPLC Board of Medicine and to facilitate the license verification process for an amount not to exceed $0.00. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to two years. This is a no-cost contract.
