Authorize to enter into an amendment to existing contract with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/8/20, Item #28), for security services at Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $987,787.92 from $2,868,860.19 to $3,856,648.08 and extending the contract completion date from April 30, 2023 to April 30, 2024. (2) Further authorize a contingency line in an amount not to exceed $20,401.44 for additional security services for unforeseen events requiring a security presence beyond the regular manning outlined within the Scope of Services, bringing the contract total to $3,877,049.52. Effective retroactive to May 1, 2023, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
