Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Hampton Beach Capital Improvement Fund, to budget and expend prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $298,687 for the purpose of funding guardrail replacement at Hampton Beach State Park. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Hampton Beach Capital Improvement Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 19, 2023.
