Authorize to exercise a retroactive contract extension to a contract with US eDirect, Inc., Roslyn Heights, NY (originally approved by G&C on 3/3/21, Item #50), by increasing the contract by $50,000 from $50,000 to $100,000 and extending the end date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2024, to allow for continued operation of an online vendor service for implementing an out-of-state boater decal program.
