Authorize to amend a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire (UNH), Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/3/21, Item #87), for the UNH Coastal Neighbors Technical Assistance Program project, by: extending the project completion date from August 31, 2023 to August 31, 2024, increasing the contract award amount by $22,829 to $274,735, from $251,906 and revising the scope of work to include additional deliverables.
