Description
Authorize the Division of Administration to accept and expend $376,895 of American Rescue Plan Act, State Fiscal Recovery Funds, reallocated from a preexisting authorization through the Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief & Recovery, to develop mental health and resiliency resources for first responders within the Department of Safety. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 19, 2023.
