Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles and Division of Administration to exercise a renewal option with Kodak Alaris, Inc., Rochester, NY (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #136), by increasing the price limitation in the amount of $20,944.48 from $40,625.96 to not exceed $61,570.44 to provide preventative maintenance, service, and repairs to Kodak microfilm equipment located at the Department of Safety, with provisions for four one-year extensions.
