Authorize to enter into subgrants with the subrecipients as detailed in the letter dated May 2, 2023, in the cumulative amount not to exceed $252,650.07, from the Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Byrne Discretionary Community Project Funding/Byrne Discretionary Grant Program (“Congressional Discretionary Spending”), for the purpose of funding activities surrounding the purchase of law enforcement equipment, supplies, and trainings.
