Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Computer Aid, Inc., Allentown, PA (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #111), to increase the price limitation by $10,000,000 from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 with no change to the completion date for Information Technology professional vendor managed services. Effective upon G&C approval through September 10, 2025.
