Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Integrated Facilities Construction Corp., Medford, MA, for a total price not to exceed $4,354,700 for APS Beds Renovation E&F Patient Units. Effective upon G&C approval through March 18, 2024. 77% General Funds, 23% Other Funds. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $254,457 for unanticipated site expenses for APS Beds Renovation E&F Patient Units, Concord, NH, bringing the total to $4,600,157. 100% General Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $40,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $4,640,157. 100% General Funds
