TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Warmington, seconded by Councilor Wheeler, voted to table the request to authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Infor (US), LLC, New York, NY, in an amount up to and not to exceed $31,662,920.92, for software as a service for the Infor Cloudsuite enterprise resource planning system implementation and maintenance with the option to extend for up to ten additional years.
