Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/22/21, Item #24), to continue the Youth Success Project and the Coordinated Community Plan to end youth homelessness, as required the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s, Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $110,000 from $220,000 to $330,000 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2023 to September 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
