Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the snowmobile club Powder Mill SMC and at the property Farmington Recreational Rail Trail, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and managing public snowmobile trails. Effective upon G&C approval through February 22, 2028. No State Funding is required.
