Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the snowmobile club Old #4 Rod, Gun and SMC, Inc. and at the property Hubbard Hill State Forest, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and managing public snowmobile trails. Effective upon G&C approval through February 22, 2028. No State Funding is required.
