Authorize to enter into a subgrant with Plymouth State University, totaling $40,000, from the Federal Fiscal Year 2015 Violence Against Women Formula Grant for the purpose of providing services to women in NH who are victims of violent crimes. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
