Description
Authorize to enter into a renewal lease agreement with Sennen Limited Partnership c/o Altid Enterprises LLC, Chelmsford, MA, for 10,980 square feet of office space, Concord, NH, in the amount not to exceed $966,224. (2)Further authorize to make an additional one-time payment in an amount not to exceed $5,474 to Sennen Limited Partnership for completion of certain interior improvements. Effective June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2018. 100% Agency Income / Bank Assessment Funds.
